What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Reviewing accounts (FRS 102 / IFRS), VAT returns, tax returns, and management reports
• Building strong client relationships and providing proactive business advice
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff
• Contributing to process improvement and tech adoption
