Job Description

  • Leading a team of tax professionals, driving productivity and ensuring high standards of work.
  • Providing exceptional service to a portfolio of private clients.
  • Ensuring tax compliance and preparing tax returns.
  • Identifying and advising on tax planning opportunities.
  • Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
  • Participating in business development activities to grow the client base.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Tax Assistant Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in tax or accountancy.
  • Proven experience in a tax role within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • In-depth understanding of tax legislation and private client issues.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
