Your Role:
As an Audit Senior Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing and expanding a portfolio generating £500k in fee income. Here's what you can expect:
Audit Focused: 80-100% of your time will be dedicated to audit, with a small portion of accounts and tax work.
Client Management: Lead your own portfolio, from initial planning through to finalisation meetings.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 2-3, guiding them to success and development.
Commercial Focus: Monitor client engagement to ensure profitability and identify opportunities for growth.
Business Development: Work with the Partners to identify opportunities to cross-sell services and contribute to new business initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed:
✅ 8+ Years Experience: A strong background in general practice with a focus on audit, accounts, and tax.
✅ ACA/ACCA Qualified: Your qualifications will back up your expertise and readiness to take on a senior role.
✅ Leadership Skills: Excellent communicator and mentor, with the ability to guide and inspire your team.
✅ Client-Focused: Strong client management skills and commercial acumen.
