A leading regional firm is seeking ambitious Qualified or Part-Qualified auditors to join its rapidly growing audit team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest and fastest-expanding practices in the South West, offering exposure to a diverse client base including large cooperates, dynamic owner-managed businesses, academy schools, and charities.
The firm offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing team members to work from home, client sites, or from their newly designed, agile office space. The role is ideal for professionals who value autonomy, collaboration, and a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver audits and assurance engagements from planning through to completion under UK GAAP.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Coach and develop junior team members, helping them grow into trusted business advisor.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in audit methodology and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part-Qualified. Study support is available if required.
- Experience managing a range of audit assignments.
