About the Role:
As a Manager, you'll manage a client portfolio and lead the Audit team, working closely with Directors and Partners. Exciting opportunities await you:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a client portfolio, reporting to Directors and Partners.
- Ensure assignments align with our standard procedures and coordinate with clients and internal teams, including cost and billing arrangements.
- Uphold assurance quality and compliance with firm procedures.
- Guide and oversee staff on assignments, offering on-the-job training.
- Identify and resolve audit matters and contentious items, consulting with clients, Directors/Partners, and the national technical team.
- Attend and present at client audit committee and board meetings.
- Assist in business development opportunities, including scoping and pitching.
- Actively participate in recruitment, line management, and relevant team meetings.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven client handling experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality audits.
