We are working with a well-established and highly regarded independent accountancy practice to appoint an experienced and strategically minded Audit Partner (RI). This is a senior leadership role offering genuine influence, long-term progression, and the opportunity to play a central role in the firm's wider succession and growth plans.

The role involves responsibility for a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a broad range of businesses. You will ensure the continued delivery of high-quality audit services, provide oversight and guidance to teams, and work closely with the leadership team to strengthen client relationships and the firm's market presence. The position offers a varied and stimulating workload, with a combination of technical challenge and commercial engagement.

Candidates will be ACA or ACCA qualified with Responsible Individual (RI) status and possess a strong technical foundation in UK audit and assurance. Proven experience at Partner or Director level within a UK accountancy firm is essential, along with the ability to lead and mentor teams, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.
