What's the Audit RI Role?

This firm is seeking an Audit Responsible Individual (RI) to lead their Audit & Assurance team. You'll manage a diverse client portfolio, working closely with ambitious business owners and corporate clients. This role is all about taking ownership - you'll be shaping the audit strategy, ensuring high-quality service, and playing a key part in business development.

What They're Looking For:

• Qualified RI: ACCA/ACA with 10+ years of audit experience in practice.
• Leadership Skills: Someone who can inspire and lead the audit team.
• Client-Focused: Able to build strong relationships and spot opportunities for growth.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with audit and accounting software and current standards (UK GAAP/IFRS).
