**Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, and completion of audits, reporting directly to managers and partners.
- Preparation of accounts, reports, and other assignments as required.
- Co-ordinating planning at clients, including liaising with relevant internal departments.
- Building strong relationships with clients and related third parties.
- Leading on-site audit teams and completing jobs with minimal supervision, to deadlines and within budget.
- Promoting the firm's services to existing clients and prospects as part of business development.
- Supporting and supervising trainees.
**Required Skills & Attributes:
- AAT Qualified and/or studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification, with the professional/applied skills stage completed.
- Minimum of 18 months' experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice.
- Experience leading external audit assignments from fieldwork to completion stages under International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Experience in preparing accounts under UK GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong communication skills with senior staff and clients.
- Motivated to take responsibility and deliver high-quality services.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions.
