As an Audit Senior, you will work closely with the wider audit team in leading sizeable audits in a portfolio of OMB and SME clients.

What you will be doing as an Audit Senior

• Start learning how to take on your own client portfolio.
• Deliver high-quality external audit services across various industries.
• Manage the full audit process: planning, execution, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify and assess high-risk areas, designing effective audit procedures.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and training.
• Maintain client relationships, delivering exceptional service and communicating findings.
• Manage engagement budgets, time reporting, and ensure timely delivery of audit services.

What you'll need to succeed as an Audit Senior

• ACA/CA/ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
• Hands-on experience across the full audit cycle.
• Proficiency in audit tools/software (e.g., Caseware).
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
