If you are an Audit Manager or Audit Senior Manager who is looking for a new role where they can have autonomy and have a clear route to Director.

The role:

* Supervising an audit-focused portfolio of clients.
* Ensuring the preparation of financial statements adhering to FRS102 and IFRS.
* Participating actively in client meetings and providing contributions.
* Conducting audits autonomously and meeting deadlines efficiently.
* Managing and nurturing emerging audit talent.
* Handling financial aspects of the portfolio, including WIP, billing, and debt management.
* Engaging in business development by maintaining key contacts and fostering new relationships.
* Sustaining a high level of technical expertise and independently researching and resolving issues.

What they need from you:

* ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
* Extensive audit-focused practice experience.
* Profound understanding of accounting and auditing standards.
* Exceptional communication, adept at building relationships.
* Skilled in managing complex projects and stakeholders.
* Establishes trust with clients and colleagues.
* Consistently delivers high-quality work.
* Strong organisational skills for workload prioritisation.
* Proactively resolves issues to maintain budgets.
* Identifies client growth opportunities and engages service lines.
* Actively supports team development.
* Experienced in leading group audits and consolidating accounts.
* Familiarity with CaseWare or Mercia methodologies preferred.
