The Opportunity

We're looking for newly CTA-qualified tax professionals to join a growing Corporate M&A Tax team. You'll work across a broad client base, from fast-growing businesses to international groups, supporting tax due diligence, structuring, and advisory work.

This is a chance to gain hands-on experience in transaction-focused corporate tax, build client relationships, and develop your technical and commercial skills in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

The Role

• Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services

• Manage a portfolio of clients, including engagement management and billing

• Support tax due diligence and transaction advisory projects

• Keep clients updated on developments in corporate tax

• Guide and mentor junior team members

• Contribute to business development opportunities

• Maintain focus on professional development and progression

About You

• Newly CTA-qualified (or equivalent)

• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge and compliance experience

• Comfortable working with senior clients and stakeholders

• Able to manage a portfolio and lead small projects

• Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills

• Proactive, collaborative, and keen to develop your career
