• Corporate Tax Knowledge: Foundational experience in corporate tax compliance, including exposure to annual tax returns for both small and larger international clients.
• Advisory & Compliance Skills: Experience or familiarity with delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance services across diverse client portfolios.
• Technical Proficiency: An understanding of tax due diligence, structuring, and advisory processes, collaborating with specialists and overseas teams for a global perspective.
• Audit Insight: Knowledge of tax audits under UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP is advantageous.
• Business Development Potential: Interest in researching new clients, preparing proposals, and identifying unique solutions.
• Teamwork and Leadership: Eager to grow your management skills, working closely with team members and contributing to successful project delivery.
