An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to join a highly respected and growing tax advisory team. The role offers genuine technical variety, exposure to complex clients, and the chance to lead significant UK and cross-border projects.
As Corporate Tax Manager, you'll work closely with senior tax specialists and partners, advising a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses through to listed and international groups. The work is heavily advisory-led, with a focus on transactional, restructuring and project-based tax matters.
You'll take ownership of projects such as mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, due diligence, refinancing, and demergers, while also overseeing compliance work on larger or more complex clients. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, providing clear, practical tax advice and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
You'll collaborate with audit, corporate finance, and wider tax teams, ensuring a joined-up approach across the business.
The role also offers the scope to contribute to business development activities, develop junior staff, and take a visible role in shaping the ongoing success of the tax team.
What you'll bring:
