Corporate Tax Manager - Fund Advisory

This Big 4 team handles every aspect of tax advice and compliance for a group of clients in the funds/venture capital arena. Some of these clients are corporate in structure, others LLP or Partnership, so the team has members who came from Corporate, Personal and Partnership Tax backgrounds.

This role is backed up by a separate compliance squad,, so you will be able to devote most of your time to client relationship management and tax advice, around risk, planning and future deals. As most of these clients do not have an internal tax department, candidates from Mid Tier firms are welcomed.

This is also a great role if you are in a Big 4 team currently which is either compliance or deals focused and you would rather have a broader role with more interesting work and/or more regular hours.
