They provide first-class consultancy and planning skills to complement the traditional auditing, accounting, tax and financial services.

As part of an ongoing programme of growth the tax team is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join the team in London.

In this role you will undertake some corporate tax compliance work for the most complex corporate clients, but the majority of your time will be spent on a range of advisory assignments, including (but not limited to) corporate reorganisations, incorporations, share schemes, R&D tax relief, capital allowances, loan relationships, intangible assets, property transactions, tax due diligence and other ad hoc tax projects.

You might not have all of the experience listed below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing your tax career then we would love to hear from you.

• CTA qualified (minimum criteria)
• A tax background including both compliance and advisory experience (minimum criteria)
• A thorough understanding of UK taxes that apply to small and medium sized enterprises and their owners, in particular companies and individuals
• Experience of supervising and reviewing the work of juniors
• Experience of using tax software and Microsoft packages
