The Opportunity:
They are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Corporate Tax Partner to join their Birmingham office. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead and drive the growth and development of their Corporate Tax division within the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory: Deliver high-level strategic and technical tax advisory services to a range of corporate clients, including large enterprises and private equity-backed businesses.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the Corporate Tax practice by building new client relationships, leveraging networks, and supporting cross-selling initiatives.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Inspire and lead a team of talented tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the regional leadership team to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, positioning the firm as a market leader in corporate tax in the Midlands.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with the latest corporate tax developments and regulatory changes, providing proactive and compliant tax solutions.

About You:

• Proven Experience: Extensive experience in corporate tax, ideally at Partner or Director level within a professional services environment.
• Client-Centric Approach: A strong track record of managing and nurturing client relationships, delivering exceptional advisory services.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to contribute to the corporate tax strategy, driving growth and profitability for the firm.
• Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
