About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and growing the Financial Services Tax practice, leveraging existing relationships and developing new business.
• Providing strategic tax advice to a portfolio of financial services clients, including banks, asset managers, insurance companies, and fintech firms.
• Overseeing compliance and advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovative solutions.
• Acting as a trusted adviser, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Developing and mentoring a talented team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Financial Services Tax, alongside strong leadership and client relationship management skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and a desire to make a tangible impact on the firm's growth.

Requirements:

• Significant expertise in Financial Services Tax, gained in a professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK and international tax legislation relevant to financial services.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and developing new business opportunities.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
