Here at Pro Tax we are recruiting for a top firm in Birmingham. This is a mid-tier practice with an extensive international network.

You would be joining a fast-growing corporate tax team at an essential point in its development. There is plenty of scope to make an impact and contribute to the team's strategic direction and make a real progress in the corporate tax sector.

As a senior manager, you will provide tax advisory services to a client portfolio of high-value clients that consists predominantly of the firm's largest multinational clients. You will also take responsibility for the management of junior staff and support partners on projects and other initiatives.

The team deals with corporate restructuring, reorganisations and demergers, company and business acquisitions and disposals, EMI and cross-border tax issues and a range of other issues.

The partners fully support flexible and hybrid working. This is not a long-hours culture; you don't need to stay late to be noticed. Depending on your preference, you can do 1-3 days in the office.

The corporate tax team is in big growth mode and have already exceeded targets by 20% this financial year. If you want to be part of a big growth plan with lots of fantastic prospects please do reach out!
