Leading Corporate International Tax Team - Birmingham

Here, you'll engage with complex international tax matters, including M&A transactions, tax planning, transfer pricing, UK/US tax consulting, and more.
They are looking for a tax professional with:
- Corporate Tax Expertise: Proven experience in corporate tax compliance, managing annual tax returns for both small clients and complex international portfolios.
- Advisory Skills: Background in providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services across a variety of clients and industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in tax due diligence, structuring, and advisory work, collaborating with specialists and international teams to deliver top-tier solutions.
- Audit Experience: Ability to conduct tax audits under UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Business Development Acumen: Capability to prepare proposals, research new client opportunities, and offer innovative solutions.
- Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to manage people and lead teams effectively.
- Service Expansion: Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to provide new services to existing clients.
Ideal candidates will have sufficient experience in corporate tax and will be CTA and/or ACA qualified.
