Our client, based in Cambridge, is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to support the continued growth of their business. This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to work closely with business owners and senior stakeholders, providing expert tax advice and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide expert advisory work across shareholder planning, corporate reconstructions, transactions, succession planning, and sale planning.
• Work closely with shareholders and founders of owner-managed businesses (OMBs), offering tailored advice to meet their specific tax needs.
• Play a critical role in business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow the client base.
• Develop a specialist field of technical expertise or sector knowledge, adding further value to clients.
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.

What We're Looking For:

• CTA-qualified (or equivalent), with significant experience in corporate tax within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex tax issues and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
• Strong experience in business development and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing both people and projects.
