In this position, you will work closely with a diverse client base, providing expert guidance on employment tax matters, including compliance, advisory projects, and fostering client relationships. If you have a track record of client-focused success and the ability to navigate the intricacies of employment tax, this new opportunity is well worth pursuing.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local tax partners on employment tax projects.
  • Serve a diverse client base, from SMEs to charities.
  • Engage in compliance, advisory work, and business development.
  • Qualifications: ACA/CTA or equivalent with substantial tax experience.
  • Demonstrate initiative and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Expertise:

  • Employment tax advice (Payroll, HMRC compliance, IR35).
  • Healthchecks, expenses, and benefit tax treatment.
  • Salary Sacrifice (OpRA) and Class 1A NIC.
  • P11D reporting, PAYE Settlement Agreements.
  • Termination payments, Construction Industry scheme.
  • Statutory form preparation (P11D's, PSA's), due diligence work.
