As an Ethics Audit Senior Manager:

As The Audit Ethics Senior Manager ensures the Firm's independence and compliance with ethical standards

  • Ensure compliance with ethics and independence standards
  • Provide daily support and enhance ethical policies
  • Respond to ethical queries
  • Develop and deliver ethics training materials
  • Collaborate with senior partners, staff, and regulatory bodies
  • Document ethical breaches and draft reports
  • Handle regulatory requests
  • Prepare and present ethics training
  • Maintain ethics content on the Firm's intranet
  • Manage declarations and sub-contracting documentation
  • Conduct ethics audits and perform root cause analyses for breaches
  • Monitor regulatory updates and recommend policy changes
  • Handle conflict of interest checks
  • Participate in relevant meetings and events
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified with 3+ years (Manager) or 1+ year (Assistant Manager) post-qualification experience.
  • Familiarity with international ethics standards (IESBA, PCAOB, SEC)
  • UK GAAP FRS 102 and IFRS Experience
  • Previous experience working within a UK Accountancy Firm
