Global Employer Services Tax Associate Director - London Hybrid

(GLOBAL MOBILITY)

My client is a global brand with one of the largest networks internationally delivering Tax, Consulting and Audit work. They are now seeking a senior Global Mobility expert to work within their National Employer Solutions team alongside their UK Employment Tax and Reward specialists to provide a premium service to their clients.

Clients range across a variety of business types and industries, including start-up enterprises, mid-market organisations, public sector bodies and large corporations.

Because of it's global and national network, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm, including the wider People Advisory Services group (which covers Employment Law, Payroll Services and HR Consultancy) as well as the Employment Tax and Reward experts in the service line.

As an Associate Director in the team, you will be responsible for advisory and compliance services within Global Mobility to your clients and actively building relationships and aiding senior members of staff in both client work and in management of the group.

Who are we looking for?

  • A self starter who is pro-active and possesses strong experience in Expatriate Tax and International Social Security.
  • Understands the complexities relating to a range of clients in both large and small organisations who have cross-border workers.
  • Ideally ATT and /or CTA qualified (or equivalent) plus the ability to articulate complex tax technical matters to non-tax specialist.
