My client is seeking a proactive professional to join their expanding Global Mobility team within the Employer Solutions division as an Associate Director. This role focuses on providing compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Lead advisory projects, combining technical expertise with practical business insights.
• Oversee UK tax and social security compliance programs, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
