Are you looking to take the next step in your career within a growing and dynamic environment? My client is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Manager to join the team, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and managing global mobility programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service and building strong client relationships.
• Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, maintaining technical excellence while applying practical and commercial insights.
• Oversee UK tax and social security compliance programs, including tax returns, payroll, tax briefings, and social security compliance, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate global mobility programs for UK-based clients.
• Work closely with senior leaders to develop new business opportunities and expand existing client engagements.
• Manage the financial aspects of a client portfolio and serve as the primary point of contact for management within the process.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities.
• Participate in personal and professional development conversations to ensure continuous growth and alignment with career aspirations.
• Perform other duties as required to support the team and organization.

About You:

You are a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong background in expatriate tax and international social security. You have experience managing complex cross-border workforce matters and are ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent). You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to non-specialists and build strong client relationships. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative and inclusive environment and has a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
