Indirect Tax Senior Associate (M&A Focus) - Birmingham

This Deals focused Indirect Tax team is a dynamic and integral part of M&A Tax, renowned for working on high-profile and diverse Tax transactions.

What Your Role Will Look Like:

• Lead VAT Due Diligence Reviews: Dive deep into assessing existing and potential VAT issues, VAT compliance, and risks for clients engaged in buying or selling businesses.
• Drive VAT Structuring and Restructuring: Offer strategic advice to optimize VAT efficiency and help clients navigate complex business operations.
• Deliver Bespoke Advice: Partner with Deals Tax to tailor solutions that address our clients' unique needs.
• Execute Pre and Post-Deal Services: Support clients with pre-acquisition structuring, VAT-efficient strategies, and compliance.
• Engage in VAT Advisory for PE Backed and Real Estate Clients: Provide expert advice and consultancy for high-profile portfolio companies and real estate projects.
