As M&A Tax Manager you will be involved in;

• Providing tax advice on internal operations, transactions and projects
• Monitoring changes in tax law & oversight of tax aspects of all legal documentation
• Advising on tax implications of corporate M&A activity
• Advising the business on emerging tax issues

As M&A Tax Manager you will be;

• Fully qualified in tax or accountancy
• Strong background in UK M&A tax
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and action orientated
