I am recruiting roles within a leading Big 4 international tax team who are keen to develop their Tax talent within their International tax teams to up-skill into a pure advisory role with some interesting complex Pillar 2 projects. . Working with interesting client portfolio's ranging from Global Blue Chips to large Owner Managed Business you will gain superb client exposure from off-set. Working with some truly diverse tax issues and projects you will be covering the full spectrum of client advisory such as-

  • corporate reorganisations;
  • mergers and acquisitions work including tax efficient structuring and tax due diligence;
  • knowledge of international tax principles such as transfer pricing, double tax treaties, Pillar 2 and BEPS action items;
  • coordination and management of international projects across multiple jurisdictions.
