Join a this superb Big 4 M&A Tax team, working with some of the largest financial services firms on high-profile deals across the UK and Europe. This is an opportunity to take the lead on major transactions, expand your expertise, and build lasting client relationships. With a clear path to Director, this role offers long-term career growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
You'll be involved in every stage of the deal cycle, due diligence, tax structuring, SPA negotiations, post-acquisition implementation, and ongoing advisory work. Beyond deal execution, you'll also play a key role in business development, identifying new opportunities and strengthening client connections.
As an Associate Director, you'll have the autonomy to manage projects, lead teams, and provide strategic tax advice to clients. You'll also mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's ongoing success.
We're looking for an ACA or CTA-qualified professional with strong UK deals tax experience. While prior experience in financial services is not essential, exposure to international clients and M&A tax within a professional services firm is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complex tax issues are key to success in this role.
