Calling all Personal Tax Wizards!

There has been a huge development with a long standing client of ours who is looking to double their team size by 2024. Following the firm's recent relocation, they have now, quite possibly, earned the status of occupying London's sexiest office space - it really must be seen to be fully appreciated.

We are working alongside the Head of Private Client Tax and Tax Director at a well-established Top 15 UK practice, and have been appointed to find two outgoing and personable tax gurus for the team - one Senior and one Manager. Here's deeper dive into some of the perks:

  • Office Perks: Their sophisticated central London offices will sweep you off your feet - following a recent refurb they now have some of the nicest commercial office spaces London has to offer - luxury hotel level service changing rooms with fresh towels daily, outrageous views of the city, sleek modern Scandinavian interior, ridiculous modern marble kitchen utilities, hang out rooms with cinema projector screens, daily fresh fruit, state of the art meeting rooms and elevators. Truly a must see.
  • Hybrid Working: They understand that a tax wizard like you needs a flexible lifestyle. That's why they offer a fantastic hybrid working arrangement. Unleash your superpowers from the comfort of your own home or soar to new heights in our state-of-the-art offices. They believe in finding the perfect balance between work and play, and trust you to manage your time like a pro.
  • Small Team, Big Impact: Their small team packs a punch, as they focus on delivering exceptional advisory projects to the firms wealthiest clients.
  • Great social scene: There is a unique sense of staff collaboration across the office, which they largely put down to a vibrant social scene. With a plethora of internal clubs - running, netball, football, volleyball, monthly Pizza nights, and regular team outings, it's easy to see why.

Their Head of Private Client Tax is arguably one of the most influential Tax Partners across the UK having been with the firm for 17 years and has been an instrumental part in their outrageously rapid growth to becoming a top 15 firm.

The focus now is to grow the private client team and currently they are looking for individuals with existing non-dom /residency experience or much broader private client tax experience who have a key interest in managing a smaller portfolio of clients with more complex affairs. They are open to part qualified and qualified CTA/ACA/ATT candidates at Manager and Senior grades. The key attributes sought after are excellent client handling skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to really get involved in the intricacies of a clients affairs.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking for something a bit different which offers arguably more technical scope, and opportunities for progression than any Big 4 Tax opportunities out there. They has also expressed a willingness to pay above market salary packages, unrestricted by the salary bandings typical across the Big 4. The roles also come with super flexible working arrangements as standard.
