Up to £160,000 Plus bonus plus pension

The Private Client Director will be entrusted to lead, inspire and grow the most successful private client tax team in Reading and will be earmarked for Partnership from the start. The successful candidate will focus primarily on high level advisory and business development and will lead by example to ensure the firms exceptional reputation for private client service is upheld across the entire office and firm.

The Person:

This role demands a creative and commercially astute individual who is not only driven to make Partner but wants to make an impact in the tax market. You will also have strong leadership skills who is willing to challenge the norm and bring an innovative flair to Private Client Advisory. Preferably you will be CTA or ACA qualified and will have extensive experience of dealing with private clients confident in your technical knowledge and passionate in imparting this.

The Package

As the firm are flexible as to whether they take on an experienced Associate Director or Director the base salary is highly negotiable and offers a range of benefits including car allowance, share incentive plan, profit sharing scheme, a top performers bonus as well as a host of other exclusive benefits not offered by competitors in the Big 4 and Top 10.
