Are you a seasoned Property Tax professional seeking a high-impact leadership role? A prestigious Top 10 accountancy firm is seeking an accomplished and strategic Property Tax Partner to spearhead the growth and success of their established real estate and property tax practice.

About the Role

The Property Tax team advises a diverse client base, including real estate investors, developers, funds, and family offices. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional tax advice and innovative solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and growing the Property Tax practice, with a focus on business development and client acquisition.
• Providing high-level advisory services on complex real estate transactions, structuring, and compliance.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering strategic tax solutions for a range of property-related issues.
• Building strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
• Developing and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Property Tax, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading successful teams. You will have the commercial acumen and relationship management skills to deliver tangible results for both clients and the firm.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Property Tax, gained within a professional services environment.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of UK and international property tax matters, including SDLT, VAT, and capital allowances.
• Strong business development skills and a history of generating significant revenue.
• A proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on talent development.
• ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
