R&D Tax Manager - Birmingham

My client a truly innovative and highly successful firm with an impressive growth strategy where they have increased their client acquisition by 25% this year are now seeking an R&D Tax Manager for their Birmingham office. Working directly with the Head of R&D who is an incredibly influential tax professional, there is genuinely the opportunity to progress to Director with the full support of a fantastic development and training programme.

The R&D Tax Manager will work with the Finance Director and the R&D Director on a series of new projects and will proactively go out to market to work on new client work. The R&D Tax team have been growing at an extraordinary rate for the last 18 months and this particular team have the highest rate of internal promotions and secondments compared to any of their London competitors.

Ideally you will have an depth of technical knowledge in relation to Research & Development tax relief and have good communication skills. You will be able to manage a number of assignments on a day to day basis including driving and growing the business through local initiatives.
