We are working with a forward-thinking firm of Accountants, who have ambitious and exciting SME's and OMB's as a client base. They provide management accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and virtual FD/FC services to their fast-growing clients, from a range of sectors including technology, cloud accounting and entrepreneurial individuals.

Details of the role

• Management of your own portfolio of clients
• Reviewing the accounts work of the junior members of the team
• Reviewing VAT returns, corporation tax returns and partnership tax returns
• Using cloud-based programmes to assist clients needs
• Liaising with clients on a daily basis, providing them with relevant information
• Managing all deadlines to ensure everything is completed on time

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally you will be qualified ACA or ACCA (OR CIMA if applying from industry)
• You should be comfortable preparing and reviewing a set of accounts
• Comfortable preparing management accounts
• Experience of VAT returns
• Cloud accounting experience is highly desirable
• Highly driven and forward-thinking
