The Senior Audit Director Role

We are seeking a Senior Audit Director with over 5 years of Responsible Individual (RI) experience. You'll lead an audit team, shape strategy, and be at the forefront of business development. This is a key role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys both client management and team leadership.

Senior Audit Director Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Manage: Oversee a diverse corporate client portfolio and ensure high standards of audit compliance.
• Strategic Direction: Shape the audit team's long-term goals and drive business growth.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop talent while maintaining performance standards.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and participate in tenders.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure audits meet all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor key metrics, and drive efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Current RI with 5+ years of experience.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and ideally CaseWare.
• Skills: Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Background: Experience with international clients and business development is a plus.
