Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a step up into a more influential, strategic in-house role? One of the UK's leading Top 15 accountancy firms is hiring an Senior Internal Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work on high-impact, complex recruitment projects where you'll partner directly with senior stakeholders, build sourcing strategies, and play a key role in shaping the firm's consulting talent pipeline.
The Role
You'll join a supportive, team, and you'll be at the heart of delivery: leading briefing calls, managing stakeholder expectations, sourcing niche consulting talent and advising the business on hiring decisions.
The team is shifting toward a more strategic TA model, and they're looking for someone who brings confidence, insight, and a genuine passion for direct sourcing.
This is a 12-month FTC with real long-term potential, and the business can move quickly for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment for consulting roles across the UK

Running vacancy briefing calls and advising stakeholders at manager level and above

Building and executing sourcing strategies - starting with adverts, then proactively mapping the market

Managing candidates throughout the full lifecycle, from approach to offer

Partnering with consulting leaders and influencing hiring decisions

Contributing to project work, market insights and improvements within the TA team
Who We're Looking For

Experienced recruiter (agency or in-house) with strong delivery and sourcing capability

Comfortable recruiting into technical or professional services roles

Confident running searches, mapping markets and managing multiple roles at pace

Someone with energy, positivity and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the team

If you've worked in financial services or professional services, even better - but this is not essential.
