Senior Manager - Private Client Tax - Technical Specialist

Our client is Top 40 Accounting Practice currently recruiting for a Tax Senior Manager to join their Private Client team. This is a highly established Private Client team who work with a wide variety of HNW and UHNW individuals ranging from executives of multi-national businesses, business owners and entrepreneurs, senior members of private equity firms and landed estates.

The Department is seeking to recruit a self-motivated and diligent individual who will already have a high level of technical expertise relating to UK (and interaction with overseas) taxes. All areas of personal taxation are dealt with, but the individual will also need to be commercially aware and have a good working knowledge of corporation tax. Experience of dealing with UK and Overseas trust issues is also required.

Although the individual will be responsible for running a medium sized portfolio of cases with junior staff, they will also be a sounding board for the senior personnel in the Department and undertake research into client specific tax issues as well as dealing with one off advisory assignments. There will also be interaction with the other partners of the Firm.

There is an excellent platform in place to progress to Director, and ultimately Partner. The firm offers flexible working and currently expects individuals to be in the office 2 days per week. You will have demonstrable experience in complex tax affairs and be CTA or ACA qualified.
