Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will:
Lead client relationships, managing a portfolio and delivering innovative tax solutions.
Provide advisory and compliance services, including M&A support, transactional tax advice, and tax risk management.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Contribute to business development and play a key role in client events and market positioning.
What We're Looking For
✅ UK corporate tax experience (from an in-house financial institution, advisory firm, or HMRC).
✅ ACA/CTA qualification (or equivalent).
✅ Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset.
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships, and work within a team.
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
