Senior Tax Manager - Investment Funds Tax

This Funds Tax team advises Private Equity / Fund managers on tax matters across their business, from start-ups to global multi-strategy managers. The team works internationally and have a nice mix of advisory & compliance.

The Role

We seek a Senior Manager with strong advisory and compliance experience to focus on Hedge Funds and inbound clients. This role offers exposure to complex transactions, international structuring, and UK tax matters.

What You'll Do

• Lead advisory projects and provide strategic tax insights.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and tax analysis are robust.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and founders.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate

Who You Are

• Qualified in tax or accounting (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent).
• Experienced in UK tax advisory and compliance, ideally with hedge funds.
• Commercially minded, agile, and proactive.
• US tax experience is beneficial but not essential.
