Share Schemes Assistant Manager - Birmingham

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our expanding Share Plans, Equity and Incentives team. This role offers the chance to work on complex, technical projects that will challenge and enhance your expertise, making it ideal for someone looking to deepen their technical skills within a Big 4 firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical tax advice on share schemes and incentive structuring
• Assisting in the design and implementation of employee incentive schemes
• Advising on the tax treatment and valuation of various share plans
• Drafting legal documentation and supporting M&A due diligence
• Engaging with clients to deliver tailored solutions

About You:

• Strong experience in equity incentives/reward work
• Relevant qualifications (CTA, ACA, or Solicitor)
• A desire to work on technically challenging projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
