Share Schemes Manager - Birmingham

We are seeking a Manager to join a growing Share Schemes team in Birmingham, where you'll have the opportunity to accelerate your career within a Big 4 firm. With increasing client demand, this role offers a clear path for progression, giving you exposure to high-profile projects and the support needed to advance your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on share schemes and incentive structuring
• Designing and implementing employee incentive schemes
• Providing tax advice on share plans and valuations
• Drafting legal documents and supporting M&A due diligence
• Building strong client relationships and managing project budgets

About You:

• Experience in equity incentives/reward work
• Relevant qualifications (CTA, ACA, or Solicitor)
• Proven client management and project delivery skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
