Share Schemes Tax Manager - Reading

Ready to take your tax career to the next level with a Big 4 firm? We're looking for a Manager in the Incentives & Reward team, offering fast progression and the opportunity to work with leading global companies.

About the Role: You'll help listed and private companies design, implement, and manage share and cash incentive arrangements in the UK and internationally. You'll also support clients with tax, legal, and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on equity and cash incentive plans.
• Provide tax and legal guidance for employers and employees globally.
• Develop tax-efficient incentive strategies.
• Draft plan documents and client updates.
• Attend client meetings and support business development.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in UK/global incentive plan consulting.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualifications (ACCA/ACA/ATT/CTA, Solicitor, or Barrister) are preferred.
