Tax Manager - Infrastructure

We currently have an opportunity for an established TaX Manager to join a market leading Energy & Infrastructure Big 4 tax team where you will be working on some of the UKs leading infra projects.

Your work will include corporate M&A work such as providing tax support on acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and associated structuring and tax consulting including bespoke planning with a strong international element. Your clients will be within the mining, oil, gas, renewables and utilities industry spanning across FTSE100, mid-cap, inbound and Private Equity backed businesses.

They have a superb track record of staff development with the chance to work on various client secondments.
