We are hiring a Transactions Tax Senior Managers (amd Managers!) to join our growing team-offering you the opportunity to work on complex, high-value deals while playing a visible role in building a market-leading practice.

- Entrepreneurial environment - your impact is visible from day one
The Role
You will advise large corporates and private equity clients on the full life-cycle of transactions-acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and refinancing.

- Structure transactions and identify risks and opportunities early
- Quantify exposures and play a key role in SPA negotiations
- Provide commercially grounded advice aligned with UK tax legislation
- Navigate complex international considerations, including BEPS and Pillar Two developments
- Work directly with corporate finance, legal advisers, and international stakeholders on cross-border deals
Who We Are Looking For

- Commercially minded-able to cut through technical detail and deliver clear, pragmatic advice
- Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships
- Motivated by growth, change, and building something new
The Pitch
If you're frustrated by internal constraints, slow progression, or limited exposure to decision-making-this is your opportunity to step into a role where:
- You are closer to the client and the deal
- Your work has immediate, tangible impact
- You help build a modern advisory firm, not just operate within one
Make the move before everyone else does.
