Our client is a prestigious mid-tier accountancy firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality advisory services across a range of sectors. They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Transactions Services Partner to join their London office, with a focus on clients in the Financial Services sector. As a Transactions Services Partner, you will be instrumental in leading and managing transactions services engagements specifically for Financial Services clients. This role requires a professional with in-depth industry knowledge, outstanding analytical skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee transactions services engagements for Financial Services clients, including due diligence, financial analysis, and strategic advisory services.
- Provide expert advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and other significant transactions within the Financial Services sector.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for further business development.
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to shape and support the firm's strategic direction and growth initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of transactions services professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments within the Financial Services sector to ensure the firm's services remain relevant and competitive.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in transactions services.
- Proven track record of leading successful transactions services engagements for Financial Services clients, demonstrating expertise in due diligence and financial analysis.
- Deep technical knowledge of financial analysis, due diligence processes, and advisory services specific to the Financial Services sector.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring team members, managing teams, and developing talent.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of identifying and seizing business opportunities.
