On behalf of a leading firm, we are supporting the search for a Capital Markets Transactions Partner to join a growing and well-established US Advisory practice. This is a senior-level appointment designed for individuals with significant experience in US GAAP and capital markets transactions, seeking to operate at a high technical level within a genuinely balanced and supportive environment. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, cross-border engagements without the intensity or pressure often associated with leadership roles in larger firms.

The advisory team in question specialises in supporting UK-based and international businesses with US-facing needs, working closely with senior colleagues who have been advising on transatlantic matters for over two decades. The team provides tailored support to companies looking to enter or expand within the US market, including capital markets readiness, SEC reporting, PE/VC fundraising, and regulatory compliance. With a strong understanding of the cultural and commercial considerations involved in cross-border expansion, the team plays a key role in guiding clients through complex transactions and market-entry strategies.

We are keen to speak with individuals who hold Responsible Individual (RI) status and have a demonstrable track record of technical audit leadership, particularly in the context of capital markets work and US GAAP. Whether currently operating at Partner level or as a highly experienced Director or equivalent, this role represents a compelling opportunity to join a progressive firm that values quality, expertise, and long-term client relationships.

The culture is collaborative and considered, with a strong emphasis on delivering high standards of work while maintaining a healthy and sustainable work-life balance. There is no expectation of compromising on professional or personal wellbeing to deliver results; instead, the environment is structured to support senior professionals in doing their best work over the long term.
