VAT Director - Spearhead the Birmingham Office

Pro-Tax are delighted to announce their partnership with this top 10 practice who are currently seeking a VAT Director to join their thriving Birmingham office. Working with a multitude of FTSE 250 and influential local businesses you will be spearheading the department and will be a trusted contact for advisory and technical support whilst being a key figure in the firm's UK VAT framework.

Working alongside the VAT Partner as the VAT Director you will be responsible for a sizeable portfolio dealing with organisations across a multitude of sectors. As well as being a trusted technical mentor within the indirect tax division you will also be keen to establish a good name for yourself in the market and embark on several networking initiatives throughout the Midlands.

The ideal person for this role will have some relevant experience within VAT specifically Property transactions, Partial exemptions, Not-for-profit sector and International services. You will also have gained experience and genuinely enjoy leading and mentoring individuals, with plans to become an eventual Indirect Tax Partner.
