VAT Manager - Top 30 Practice

£70,000 plus superb benefits package

London / Hybrid role

Out client is a well-established and reputable London based practice with over 300 staff supplying a range of Top-quality professional services including corporation tax, private client services and VAT.

As part of an ongoing programme of growth they are looking to appoint an experienced VAT Manager to provide high-quality VAT advisory services with an element of compliance work and also manage a small London based team. The ideal candidate will also work with the Partner on litigation matters and business development activity that will include an element of public speaking.

The ideal candidate should be CTA qualified and have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in VAT and dealing with HMRC in an accountancy firm. They should demonstrate the following qualities:

• The ability to work within a team and individually
• Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• The ability to liaise with people of all levels
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
