Without doubt, the last few months have been extremely difficult for everyone as we continue to adjust to the ‘new normal’ and remote working.

As the UK slowly makes it’s transition back to the workplace, with many employees returning from furlough, and organisations once again opening the doors to their offices, our clients have sought our opinion on how candidates are feeling and what is important to you as we begin to map an effective return to our place of work.
