Rebecca was ill for a few days so I dealt with some other consultants during that period who were also very helpful. I got the impression that the team are close and willing to help each other out – which I thought was different and refreshing for a recruiting firm (no offence!). All consultants I spoke with were considerate that I was very busy at work during the time (in the run up to Christmas) and were not too assertive. I was very grateful for this as it was quite a time-pressured period for me. Speed of service – No issues with speed at all. Any calls that were not picked up were returned later in the day or a message was sent to arrange a suitable time for both parties. I think the whole process, from first contacting pro-tax to accepting the job, was finalised in about a month. Information before interview – I was sent a few documents which were helpful. Rebecca also met up for coffee before a few of the interviews to give me a bit more information and preparation on the client. This was very helpful as I often didn’t have enough time to properly prepare myself. Talking through the package & handing in notice – No issues with this at all. It was clear what package I was receiving. Aftercare – A lunch was organised about a month after I joined A&M to see how I was getting on. I thought this was a very nice touch and appreciated that I was still thought even after accepting the job. Overall I was extremely happy with the service and would recommend to ex-colleagues or friends.
